Let’s not mince our words when it comes to Charlene dad Bob Downes , he’s a Tyrant that ruled his household with an iron rod.
Terrorising his family during his drunken rages often beating them and inflicting extreme violence on his family, especially his wife Karen.
When Bob wasn’t drunk or beating his wife and kids, he was bringing random men to his home to get access to his children to abuse them .
We have a total of 15 men who visited 109 , several men with either cautions or convictions for sex offences, the rest were dirty, scuffy perverts looking for access to the Downes children.
It seems everywhere the Downes have lived ,sex offenders have visited or moved in.
This is a pattern we see with the family . It’s clear Bob doesn’t care about this problem as long as he’s getting his free drink.
He didn’t care about his wife or kids . His sole focus in life was drink. He would do whatever he needed to get it.
He would often spend the rent money on drink, leaving the family homeless and at times without food .
Many people wonder if Bob himself is a sex offender due to him allowing so many perverts access to his kids .
A normal dad would never expose his children to such monsters for a few cans of larger.
Years before Charlene went missing rumours in the town was Bob was a sex offender bringing men home to sex with his children whilst he watched.
Last year, in a shotsTv documentary, Bob answered the question of him bringing known sex offenders home .
His response was that he was a friendly guy .How was he to know that any of the men were sex offender’s .
We find that hard to believe as Bob was fully aware of Raymond Munro charges and conviction for the sexual abuse of two children . He still allowed him to stay in the house , even when Ray attacked a child visiting the Downes home Bob, let him stay.
Bob even attended Raymond Munros Court case as his wife Karen was a home calling the police to report Charlene missing. It’s believed he even went to visit him in prison after he was sentenced .
It is not the first time Bob has known about one of his mates as a sex offender.
When living in Coventry, a convicted sex offender was visiting the home and taking one of the children out on car drives.
The social services warned Bob about the man’s past , he still allowed the man to visit the house and have access to one of the children.
A neighbour alleged that she witnessed this man with his hand in an inappropriate place on the Downes child.
In 2023, one of his good pals and ex lover to his wife Karen was convicted of the sexual abuse of children. He is still in regular contact with family from prison.
